Our model has a prediction percentage on this of 71%. We are not as high on that number as our computer, but we do feel McCaffrey has a solid shot to score in this game.

He’s had a tough time running the football against the Rams with 57 and 30 total rushing yards in two meetings a year ago.

He was effective out of the backfield catching passes with 8 receptions on 10 targets with 66 receiving yards in second meeting of the season a year ago. In the first clash with the Rams D he had 82 receiving yards on 8 receptions. (Rams gave up the 5th most receiving yards to running backs last year.)

McCaffrey had 17 TD’s a year ago in the regular season, scoring 1 or more TD’s in 11/17 games.

The Rams defense could be very special this season and it won’t come easy, but we like Chrisitan McCaffrey anytime TD to find the endzone at least once in this game.
